**In the event of a National Fuel Crisis, When fuel prices are above $3.00 (National Average), There will be a minimum of an additional $5.00 Fuel surcharge fee per 10 miles traveled based on a round trip to and from each job site starting on 9/01/05 until further notice. This necessary charge is due to any fluctuating gas crisis the nation may be currently under and will help offset the charges incurred by on-site service calls.

Renewable "Service Contracts" are available in 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year durations.
Retainer fees apply to any network consulting.

A wide variety of service plans are available for stand alone personal computers and corporate networks.

All fees are based on local service calls. The local region is based on a 35 mile radius to Fairhaven, MA.
Service calls outside the local area are subject to additional mileage charges.

^*1 A residential home visit consists of work performed on 1 PC and attached peripherals. Ex. Printers, Scanners. Networking of more than 1 PC is charged at the standard networking fee of $85.00/Hour.

Business hours are for standard services Monday through Friday 9AM-6PM EST. Weekend and Holiday hours are charged 1.5 times the normal rate unless otherwise specified, and may not always be available.

Late Payment Fees

As of January 1, 2004, HTE Computer Consulting⁺ will begin assessing and charging all accounts late payment fees. A late payment penalty fee of twentyfive dollars ($25.00) will be assessed on all invoices which are not paid within thirty (30) days of the date of last invoice and be listed as a late payment fee. In addition, another ($25.00) Late Payment Fee will be assesed on all invoices which are not paid within sixty (60) days. An additional ($25.00) Fee will be charged for every 30 days on all invoices are over due. All accounts over (90) days will be turned over to a collection agency.

Customer Data - ( The Hanna Rule )

HTE and its employees try to retain, save, and keep intact all customer data when working on systems / networks. However it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to maintain the integrity of their personal and or work data files and proprietary software. HTE can show through better practices, how to do regular backups of your files and keep your data safe. HTE offers data recovery services at an hourly billable rate of $125.00 / Hour.

There is a 15% restocking charge applied to all non-defective returned items.
Labor charges and special orders are not refundable.

30 Day left behind goods - (The Ascencio Clause)

HTE Computer Consulting+ is not responsible for ordered and or worked on materials, - including but not limited to all hardware, software, complete and or partial systems, disks, cables, manuals left at the offices or affiliate locations of our offices after 30 days. We make our best efforts to get material belonging to you, our customer in the most effective and efficient way. After the 30 day period the above mentioned material becomes the sole property of HTE Computer Consulting+.
